FACILITY DISCLOSURE
Church of His Presence events and ministry activities take precedence over all facility-use requests. The ministry reserves the right to decline or adjust any reservation based on the church calendar and operational needs. All Saturday events must conclude by 5:00 PM (including cleanup) to provide adequate time to prepare the facility for Sunday service.
PRICING DISCLOSURE
A $250 refundable security deposit is required for all facility rentals. The deposit is returned if the building is left in the same condition in which it was found.
All sound, lighting, and multimedia services must be provided by AVS Media Group. An AVS technician is required for all events. Multiple packages are available based on event needs.
Wedding Video Packages are available through AVS Media Group, ranging from $480–$3,400. An outside videographer is permitted.
Final pricing for your event will be listed on your lease agreement.

- Basic AV Package: Complimentary package, including a house audio engineer for rehearsal and wedding, a generic wedding lighting scene, and an audio CD recording of the ceremony.
- Lobby Media Use: Music, microphones, or TV screen use in the lobby starts at $400 per event (e.g., rehearsal dinner, reception).
