Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING CHECK-IN
Check-In Times
Check-in for all classrooms, including the Nursery and Kids Church, begins at 9:30 AM.
Once your child is checked in, they will go directly to their classroom and remain under the care of our Kids of His Presence team.
Ages
Nursery: Ages 0–23 months
Toddler: Ages 2–3
Preschool: Ages 4–5
Kids Church: Ages 6–11
Worship with Your Family
If you prefer to have your child with you during worship, please wait to check them in until after worship is over. This allows us to maintain an accurate count of children in each classroom and helps our team know which children are in their care.
Communication
A paging number will be provided to you at check-in. If your child needs you during the service, this number will appear in the paging boxes located in the front of the sanctuary on each side. Our team will also send you a text message.
Pick-Up
At check-in, parents or guardians will receive a parent security badge. This badge must be presented at checkout before we can release your child.
If someone other than the parent or guardian presents our staff with the matching parent security badge, we will understand that you have given permission for that person to pick up your child.
Please note that only approved volunteers and staff are permitted past the check-in desk. If you would like to check on your child during the service, we provide a live feed of each classroom in our foyer.
Nursing Mothers
We are happy to provide a private room for nursing mothers, equipped with a live feed of the service and a changing area.
Special Needs
The volunteers and staff at Kids of His Presence are dedicated to serving and supporting every child. However, not all team members are trained to accommodate every special need.
If a child has a physical, developmental, medical, or other disability that the Children’s or Nursery Directors determine is beyond the training or ability of our volunteers to safely accommodate, the parent or guardian will be notified at the time of check-in. Our goal is always to provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for every child.
Our Volunteers
All volunteers serving in our children’s department have received pastoral approval and have completed required federal and state background checks.
We’re so excited to welcome your children to Kids of His Presence!
